Wenatchee Valley Technical Skills Center programs are open to all high school students in North Central Washington.  Apply to attend the Tech Center by completing the information below.

Course Schedule
AM: 8:40 – 11:25 a.m.
PM: 12:35 – 3:05 p.m.

2026-2027 School Year Application

2026 Summer Academy Enrollment

IF ACCEPTED, an email notification as well as a postcard will be mailed to your address confirming their acceptance.

The first day of class is Monday, June 15th, 2026, and attendance is mandatory. If accepted, class will begin from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM at 327 E Penny Road. A schedule, along with all other information for the Summer Academy will be provided on the first day. 

  • Lunch is provided free of charge, and our café is open.
  • Students will need to arrange their own transportation to and from the Tech Center.
  • During Summer Academy, students are not allowed to leave our campus unless a parent or guardian has filled out this form.
  • Students receive a 0.5 elective credit.
  • Students who will be in grades 9–12 for the 2026-2027 school year are eligible to attend.
  • Please note that there will be no school on June 19th.
  • We understand that some sending schools may still be in session on June 16th. If you will be absent due to this, please notify us in advance. Students are permitted to miss no more than three (3) days of the summer academy session, regardless of the reason.
  • Dress Code: Please refer to the website for specific dress requirements for each class. The program dress code prohibits tank tops, low necklines, tights, short skirts, and shorts.

If you decide NOT to attend the Tech Center after being accepted, please notify us as soon as possible by calling 662-8827 or emailing gonzales.adilene@wenatcheeschools.org so we can offer your seat to another student.

Home School Options

Home School Students who attend the Tech Center are exposed to many benefits that other students may not receive, such as:

  • Earning College Credit
  • Obtaining Industry Certification
  • Participating in On-Site Internships
  • Earn required occupational education credit for graduation
  • Earn high school credits; and
  • Earn equivalency credits for certain academic courses

You will also gain valuable skills at no cost to you and you will save money on college tuition and other training.

How do I enroll at Wenatchee Valley Technical Skills Center?
Home school students must be at least 15 years old and/or have a high school junior or senior standing.

Enrollment Options:
Enroll through “resident” high school (sending school). A counselor signature from the sending school is required on the Tech Center Application.
